- 2 / 5By Paul NolanThe staff were lovely. The venue has a spectacular view but the food was mediocre. Sorry but the calamari was like rubber. The kids fish meal was huge but the fish is not at all nice. Presentation of the lemon chicken & the omelettes were not appealing. Prawn entree? 4 prawns on a pile of lettuce. Bowen has a large range of fresh produce so why serve up frozen food bought in from elsewhere? The decor is also very ordinary. Not like any other chinese restaurant i have been to. We live bowen but we wont be back at the cove.February 21, 2017
